We received a really good rain this afternoon.

I absolutely cannot believe another week-end has slipped past! Where did it go?????? And what do I have to show for two days off??? Nuthin'!!

Another week has gone flying past. This week we learned that we are going to have another grandbaby! yep! This will be #4! Not bad for a young couple like us!!!!

Monday is almost here. Seems to me the week-ends are getting shorter! Too hot to be outdoors except very early or very late in the day. I do look forward to Fall weather!!!

Meeting in Brazoria County tomorrow. Will be driving or riding most of the day. I hope th' weather is better. We will be having a nice meal with lots of friends!

We have really had some heat in recent days with afternoon thunderstorms. Hot and steamie!! Just think, in about 6 weeks the temperature will actually decrease - some - maybe a little....
